With a common vision of filling the void needed for expertise and reliability in the Customs Brokerage Industry in Guyana, two friends Cassandra Jaikaran and Eon Stephen Paul founded OceanAir Logistics.
Cassandra was drawn to the industry by growing up around her family’s business and saw brokerage as a linkage that allowed her to be independent yet connected to her family’s business.

Eon had built his entire working life around shipping and Customs, having worked at one of the most reputable shipping companies in Guyana as a licensed Customs Broker for much of his earlier life. After meeting at a training course, the two quickly bonded and relied on each other’s strengths to establish their own businesses separately. Not long after, they understood that working together they stood a better chance of dominating the Logistics industry, and a decision was made to close down their respective businesses and collaborate. This saw the birth of OceanAir Logistics in October 2018. Pumped and ready to go, the duo and a small team made ripples in the logistics industry with efficiency and affordability being their catalyst for growth.
